Can I switch plans or renew?
Yes absolutely, renew any pack anytime from your dashboard, and switch to a longer pack whenever it makes sense for you.
How does payment work?
We use Razorpay for secure payments. Plans activate instantly after payment and auto-expire at period end.
Do customers need to pay online?
No. Customers scan the QR, browse your menu, and place orders. Payment is collected at the counter — they get an order ID as proof.
